Ms. Hadir Helal

Hadir Helal, has over 20 years of experience as a corporate/ commercial lawyer. She is the Managing Partner of Helal & Partners Law Firm as well as Helal & Fraser International Energy Law Firm – where she extends her work to their offices based in Egypt, UK, Sultanate of Oman and UAE.

She is a committee member at the Money Market Fund of Emirates NBD Bank as well as a board member at other companies including a company owned by the Egyptian Post Office Authority and Al Ahly Capital Company and served previously as a board member at the Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels (owned by the Public Sector Enterprise Ministry).

Hadir has worked on multidisciplinary projects, ranging from real estate development and hospitality, construction, infrastructure, PPP, energy, healthcare and banking, whereby she represented and advised government, quasi-government, and private sector entities in multi-billion-dollar projects.

Some of the accolades she received, was being shortlisted for the “Young Outstanding Lawyer Award” by the International Bar Association (USA), “Lawyer of the Year”, “Best Paper Award- Germany” and “ 50 most influential females in Energy in Africa-2024”.

Hadir, holds a Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from Cairo University, Master’s in International Comparative Law (LLM) from the American University in Cairo, a Diploma in Banking Law from Zurich University, and is a PhD candidate.
